8. Deposit/Payment is non-refundable.

9. Deposit/Payment will be refunded only when there's no stock available. (Applied for restocking purposes only)

10. All items are brand new and in perfect condition.

11. Purchase at your own risk.

Types of Delivery

1. Cash on Delivery (C.O.D)
- Venue, time and day to be arranged
- Currently available in Subang Jaya & Sunway area.
- Other places: The Curve, One Utama, SS2 Starbucks will be considered
- No extra charges

2. Postage (Poslaju Only)
- Extra charges will be applied
- Postage charges are as follows:

Poslaju (Maximum Weight: 1.5kg)
- Within Klang Valley: RM6.00
- Penisular Malaysia: RM7.00
- Penisular to Sarawak: RM9.00
- Penisular to Sabah: RM10.00

- Weight load charges will be included in confirmation e-mail from us.

How To Order

Browse through our site, pick your favourite item[s] and send us an email at:

Step 1.
Send us an email including:
- Your name
- Code Item
- Colour
- Service Preferred
- Address
- Contact Number

Step 2.
We will then reply your enquiries/confirmation email within 24 hours. Do reply the email within 3 days.

Step 3.
Bank in payment to Maybank or Hong Leong (Account number will be provided in confirmation email) within 3 days. If there is no respond from you, items will then be released.

Step 4.
After payment has been done, send us an email or text message. Do include transaction date and amount of payment.

Step 5.
Items will be sent out on the day or next once payment has been received. (Applicable only on weekdays)
-If you were to make payment on Sat or Sun, items will only be sent out on Monday.

For every purchase of:

- 3 items and above: 10% discount off total amount

- RM100 to RM149: Free postage (Registered Pos)

- RM150 and above: Free postage (PosLaju)
